Mugwort has long been revered as one of the most mystical herbs in traditional herbalism and spiritual practice. Often known as the “dreaming herb,” it has been used for centuries to support vivid dreams, intuition, meditation, and deeper spiritual connection.

I personally use mugwort in ritual by burning it gently in a pot, allowing the smoke to move through my home and environment to cleanse, ground, and reset the energy around me.
