Cooking with our Evolva Chai Blends!

We did say that we'll also be incorporating cooking into our @evolvatea Chai.

Because our ingredients are premium and organic, the quality infused into baking is pronounced. Usually when you are baking with herbs and spices, the more milder ones are overwhelmed by the flour, sugar or the actually heat process.

Here we have a baked Vanilla and Lavender Chai Sponge Cake (Vegan).
